He served 30 years at CompuCom — a $3+ Billion global computer reseller — eventually landing a role as Senior Vice President, ITO New Business Development. He and his team added over $100M annually in net new logos (customers) and led the account management organization in delivering 5% growth in the installed services segment.
His focus now as a business mentor is in building the company’s EBITDA. As you can imagine, he has developed many executive skills to share. Especially how businesses can become more competitive by Leveraging Intelligent Automation of both processes and Artificial Intelligence – driving operational efficiencies – lowering the Cost of Operations to increase profitability – improving data quality and drive Innovation.
